My Approach
As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I work with clients who experience struggles like panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, relationship difficulties, and performance anxiety.
Together, we’ll explore the thoughts and emotions that are holding you back, so you can develop the tools to manage stress, feel more connected to others, and boost your self-esteem

Qualifications & Background
I hold a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service. My professional background includes working with the Institute for Human Identity (IHI), the first and longest-running non-profit providing LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy. I've also served as a crisis counselor for the National Sexual Assault Hotline. In addition to my private practice, I’m passionate about bridging mental health and the arts as a theatrical mental health consultant and advocate against antisemitism through the NASW-NY. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me enjoying theater, film, design, art, and skiing—despite my fear of heights!
