Meet Julia (she/her)
As a Licensed Master Social Worker based in midtown Manhattan, I offer in-person therapy sessions to older adolescents and adults who are ready to explore their inner world and enhance their interpersonal relationships. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals and couples gain deeper insights into their emotions and behaviors, navigate life transitions, and foster healthier connections.
My Approach
Drawing on psychodynamic and person-centered theories, I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic space. My approach is designed to uncover deep-seated influences, address unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, and nurture personal strengths.
I am committed to offering a judgment-free environment where you can confront important truths and take meaningful steps toward change.
