FAQ

What can I expect from my first therapy session?
Your initial session is a chance for us to understand your current challenges and goals. We’ll discuss your concerns, explore your therapy needs, and begin to formulate a plan to help you achieve your objectives. It’s a collaborative process aimed at creating a comfortable and effective therapeutic relationship.

How long are the sessions, and how often will we meet?
Intake appointments for couples and individuals are 60 minutes at $200, with ongoing sessions lasting 45-60 minutes at the same rate. While most clients start with weekly sessions, we can adjust the frequency to suit your needs and ensure your progress is supported.
